Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi
Bu Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi, Priere Design ile www.prieredesign.com üzerinden alışveriş yapan kullanıcı arasında elektronik ortamda kurulmuştur.
1. Sözleşmenin Konusu
- Bu sözleşme, alıcının satıcıya ait web sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği ürünlerin satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini düzenler.
2. Ürün Bilgileri
- Ürünlerin türü, miktarı, satış bedeli ve ödeme bilgileri sipariş ekranında belirtilmektedir.
3. Ödeme ve Teslimat
- Ödeme, web sitesi üzerinden güvenli ödeme yöntemleri ile yapılır.
- Siparişler, ödeme onayını takiben 1–5 iş günü içerisinde kargoya verilir.
4. Cayma Hakkı
- Alıcı, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde cayma hakkını kullanabilir.
- Cayma hakkı bildirimi info@prieredesign.com adresine e-posta yoluyla yapılmalıdır.
5. Cayma Hakkı Kullanılamayacak Ürünler
- Hijyen sebebiyle iç giyim ve aksesuar ürünleri
- Kişiye özel üretilmiş veya özel ölçü ürünler
6. Yürürlük
- Bu sözleşme, siparişin onaylanması ile yürürlüğe girer.
Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between Priere Design and the customer who places an order via www.prieredesign.com.
1. Subject of the Agreement
- This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically.
2. Product Information
- Product type, quantity, price, and payment details are specified on the order page.
3. Payment and Delivery
- Payments are made through secure online payment methods.
- Orders are shipped within 1–5 business days following payment confirmation.
4. Right of Withdrawal
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery.
- Withdrawal requests must be sent to info@prieredesign.com.
5. Non-Withdrawable Products
- Underwear and accessories due to hygiene reasons
- Custom-made or personalized products
6. Enforcement
- This agreement enters into force upon order confirmation.
