İptal ve İade Politikası
1. Sipariş İptali
- Siparişleriniz kargoya verilmeden önce iptal edilebilir.
- İptal taleplerinizi info@prieredesign.com adresine e-posta yoluyla iletebilirsiniz.
- Kargoya verilen siparişlerde iptal işlemi yapılamaz, iade süreci uygulanır.
2. İade Koşulları
- Ürün teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
- İade edilecek ürünlerin:
- Kullanılmamış,
- Etiketleri üzerinde,
- Orijinal ambalajında olması gerekmektedir.
3. İade Edilemeyen Ürünler
- Hijyen sebebiyle iç giyim ve aksesuar ürünleri
- Özel ölçü veya kişiye özel üretilmiş ürünler
4. İade Süreci
- İade talebi onaylandıktan sonra ürün tarafımıza ulaştığında kontrol edilir.
- İade şartlarına uygun olması halinde ücret iadesi 7–14 iş günü içinde yapılır.
5. Kargo Ücretleri
- İade kargo ücretleri Priere Design tarafından karşılanmaktadır.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Cancellation requests can be sent to info@prieredesign.com.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return process applies.
2. Return Conditions
- Returns can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused,
- With original tags attached,
- In their original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear and accessories due to hygiene reasons
- Custom-made or personalized products
4. Return Process
- Returned products are inspected once received.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by Priere Design.
- Unused,
- With original tags attached,
- In their original packaging.
